I earned my degree in Marketing from California State University, Long Beach, where I developed a strong foundation in communication, strategy, and understanding what truly motivates people. That background now plays a big role in how I position homes, negotiate effectively, and guide my clients through one of the biggest financial decisions of their lives.
My passion for real estate started early. I was raised in a home my parents owned, and growing up I experienced firsthand the stability, comfort, and pride that came with homeownership. It wasn’t just a place I called home, it was a sense of security and belonging that left a lasting impression on me.
After moving from owning a home to renting, the importance of property ownership became even clearer. That shift emphasized how powerful real estate can be in building long-term stability and opportunity. It also reinforced my desire to help others achieve what I was fortunate to experience growing up.
When deciding on my career path, I knew I wanted to work in a field where I could truly help people while also being creative. I bring that creativity into how I market homes, how I help clients see the potential in blank spaces, and how I problem-solve to make sure their needs are met. Real estate became the natural choice, especially helping those who may not have experienced homeownership before, but want to build that foundation for themselves and their families. After college, that purpose became even more clear, and it’s what continues to drive the way I serve my clients today.
Since going into real estate, I have joined a team who prides themselves on putting their clients' needs first. As part of the team, our buyers have saved 33,485 dollars and 87 cents per purchase and our t sellers fared equally as well as our listings sell 6.1% more than those of the average agent.
